HOW IT WORKS

Pick Your Meals
 

Choose your meal plan of 5 or 10 meals. You will then be prompted to select your portions, proteins and sides. Vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options will be available. The menu will change every week, so no need to worry about getting bored. Don’t forget to click chef’s choice or mix it up if you want to take out the guesswork!

We Shop, Chop & Prep

Time is Money! So save yourself time and money by allowing us to shop for fresh, whole ingredients and prepare our delicious and healthy meals just for you.

Pick-up or Delivery

Don’t forget to select your pick-up time slot for Sunday evenings or have it delivered to your doorstep, workplace or gym on Monday. Either way, you can sit back and relax knowing you don’t have to worry about what you’ll have for lunch or what to cook for dinner. 

Heat, Eat & Repeat

Meals are ready to enjoy. Just place in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or transfer to an oven dish and bake for 5 to 6 minutes.

  • How do I heat up my meals?
    Meals are ready to enjoy. Just place in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. If you have more time and are able to, transfer to a sheet pan and bake or Air Fry at about 400 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • How long do the meals last in the refrigerator?
    If stored in a refrigerator at proper temperature (at or lower than 40 degrees F) then your meals should be good for 4 to 5 days. Please just pay attention to how often your meal is in different temperatures (Ex: removing from home refrigerator, traveling in a non-cooler bag, then back in the fridge at work). If for any reason you know that you will not consume the meals within 5 days, place the meal in your freezer until you are ready to eat it.
  • Can I freeze my meals?
    Of course. All meals are freezer friendly. Depending on the meal there may be a change in texture but your meals will remain fresh and tasty!
  • How many Calories are in my meals?
    We are working on getting nutrition facts for each meal. The average amount of calories in each meal are between 350 to 400 calories.
